Accessibility: Common Issues and Solutions

This 90-minute workshop will highlight common accessibility issues and solutions in order to help you make easy changes to your course that make a big impact for students. Instructional designers from ODEE will explain five accessibility challenges and walk you through some simple remediation efforts to address them. Tips will be provided for formatting content in Carmen and in Microsoft Word, as well as for making images and video accessible.
This is a BYOD (bring-your-own-device) event—bring a laptop if you'd like to practice.
